From Edsa to Fort Bonifacio Global City in 10-15 minutes

From Edsa to Fort Bonifacio Global City in 10-15 minutes
From Edsa – you should be in Kalayaan Avenue (Your side is from South to North or North bound lanes) or if in case you are coming from North Bound [Caution: Not check if there is really an overpass from Estrella], try Estrella, cross the overpass, go to Kalayaan Avenue by walking will take around 1-2 minutes depending on your speed and take Kalayaan Avenue going to Fort Bonifacio Global City.
Now that the bus terminal in Fort Bonifacio is getting crowded from 7 – 9 AM, the author is getting off at Kalayaan Ave (North bound) and will walk by around 10 – 15 minutes going to 31st Street or 3rd Ave Corner . Walking in going to work every morning which is good for the heart and at the same time, hassle free in falling in line especially during weekdays from 7:30 AM till 9:00 AM and also the savings on the transportation cost. Though working in the vicinity of Net Cube and Net Plaza can take on this strategy. But be sure to take a tact-time from Kalayaan to Fort Bonifacio, you don’t want to get soak in your perspiration. The author walks in a normal pace (and at times, slow pace), enjoying the scenery, giving veneration to God when passing the chapel there and enjoying the beauty of living a life, enjoying the moment with God going to work. Actually it is also a savings on your transportation allowance.
The author will try coming from 3rd street and/or 31st street going to Estrella and take the south bound lane in riding the bus to go home to Alabang if it is worth the walk and time.

From Market! Market! Fort Bonifacio Going to South (Alabang, Pacita Area)

If you are from Market! Market! And going to South (Alabang, Pacita Area), you can take the East Route Bus (HM Transport Inc.) going to Ayala-Edsa. And from Ayala-Edsa you can take the buses plying the south route of Alabang and Pacita. Pacita route is dominated by Cher.
There is an alternative way of going to South (Alabang, Pacita Area) but bus availability will start from 5 pm. And that bus it HM Transport with terminal the Alabang Terminal of Market! Market! Though the bus will start to depart when all of the seats are occupied. Filling up of all the seats usually takes up 20 minutes in the rush hour starting from 5pm till 7pm. At times, after 7pm, filling-up the bus will take 30 to 45 minutes. If you will be waiting for the next bus, with no luck of riding the first bus, you have to wait for a period of 10 minutes to an hour. This is the problem of the most common problem of HM Transport in Market! Market! They do not have back-up since passengers arriving in Market! Market! is not that high compared with Ayala-Edsa south bound passengers. The last bus that will depart from Market! Market! is at 9 pm. So if the time is already quarter to 9 pm, better go to Ayala-Edsa and ride the Alabang-Pacita bound bus there.

Drop-off point in Alabang is
a.     (1st Drop-off) Right after the tollgate of Alabang.
b.     (2nd Drop-off) Near the Police Station underneath the Flyover of Filinvest Exit, In-front of Metropolis or the Terminal of Calamba and Bicol bound buses

Fare Details:
Market! Market! to Alabang is 39 pesos.

It will take the Alabang Exit and proceed to Susana Exit and will take the National Road going to Pacita.

My fare from Market! Market! to Sto Nino (In front of Shell Station) is at 49 pesos.

Happy trip in going to south (Alabang-Pacita Area).

Walk from corner of 3rd Avenue and 31st Street in Fort Bonifacio To Market! Market!

Taking the 15 minute walk from corner of 3rd Avenue and 31st Street in Fort Bonifacio (Near St. Lukes, Global City, Ford, Jollibee, Red Ribbon, Chowking) going to Market! Market!
From 31st street in Fort Bonifacio, you could take a bus ride (BGC as signboard in The Fort Bus) at the bus stop located in 3rd Avenue (In front of Security Bank) to Market! Market!, but you could also take the 15 minute walk.
The author usually takes the 15 minute walk (and also do some brisk walking) in going from 31st Street in Fort Bonifacio to Market! Market!. The walk serves the author’s purpose of exercise, relaxation from the day’s work, enjoying the scenery of high rise building, lots awaiting building construction and the green plants and flowers along the way. The other purpose is also on the author’s transportation expense, at eleven pesos (either going to Market! Market! or Ayala) if multiplied by 20 working days and by 12 months, it will arrive at 2640 per year.
As the author do his everyday walk, from 31st street going to 4th Avenue (going to HSBC), then going the vacant lot beside HSBC. Some grass and trees can be seen in which green color (from grass and tress) is a good relaxation for the eyes as what the author’s parents say. Crossing 5th Street going to 30th Street, a new Ayala business is on the rise. A right turn on the 7th street coming from 30th street and a short walk, you will then proceed to Bonifacio High Street, where restaurants and shops are located on the sides with Park with abstract art at the center. In Bonifacio High Street, you can see people strolling around, people taking pictures from some abstract arts in the park, some people eating along the restaurant, some buying stuffs at some shops, others sipping their coffee at coffee shops and some which carry with them their dogs along the park (There are rules in bring your dogs in the park). My colleague says that you can easily spot some well-known personalities strolling in this high street. I usually had fun to see parents bring their kids with them and strolls around the park (for the author itself is a parent to two loving kids). After Bonifacio High Street, you cross 11th Street for more restaurants and bars, yogurt and ice cream shops, bakeshops, bookstore and other stores. You will then arrive in front of Market! Market!.  Just cross McKinley Parkway Road, you are now in Market! Market!! From here you can do more shopping, buy some stuffs, and eat at some restaurant and also there is a terminal here for Bus – going around Bonifacio Global City and back to EDSA (The Fort Bus and HM Worthy Transport), going to Alabang which starts at 5 PM till 9 PM (HM Worthy Transport bus), jeeps with routes in Taguig areas, FX with routes to Ayala and other parts of Makati.
